1. Object and Scope

1.1. The present General Terms and Conditions aim to establish the terms and conditions by which will regulate the provision of services of organized travels by Dourolandia, Lda based in Fontelas, 5040-211 Cidade Peso da Régua, registered in Peso da Régua, with the single registry number 510 519 822, with a shared capital of 100 000 Euros, with RNAVT XXXX (hereafter referred as a hotel), as compliment to the eventual Specific Conditions agreed between Client and Hotel.

1.2. The terms included in the Specific Conditions, if they exist, prevail over the current General Conditions, prevailing upon both any written stipulations agreed between client and Hotel.

1.3. The services and products are offered to the Client in the terms and conditions here expressed.

1.4. By hiring the Hotel, the Client recognizes and accepts all the terms and conditions established.
